It is ARK Innovation ETF (NYSEARCA:ARKK) policy to pay out annual dividends to shareholders.
How often is ARKK dividend?
The Intercontinental Exchange, as its name suggests, manages stock exchanges such as the NYSE and the products and services that are associated with them. It’s possible to make a lot of money being an intermediary, even if you’re not personally involved in any transactions.
It’s a terrific recipe for great profitability, but not necessarily astonishing organic growth, if you add volatile securities markets to the mix. As a result of this growth (plus sporadic acquisitions), the company’s annual top-line increased gradually from 2016 to 2020. It grew from slightly under $5.6 billion in revenue in 2016 to a little over $7.6 billion in revenue in 2017.
Intercontinental Exchange’s profitability has been more volatile, although it has recently managed to consistently land well in the black. The company’s net margin has fluctuated between 26% and 46% throughout the same period of time. Even the most efficient intermediary companies would be jealous of those figures if they were at the very top of their range.
Profits are increasingly being returned to shareholders. One of ARK’s ETF investments, Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), raises its dividend once a year on average. The current dividend yield on the quarterly payment of $0.33 per share is one percent.
Does ARKK distribute capital gains?
It has been reported that the long-term and short-term capital gains distributions for the ARK Innovation ETF (ARKK) have each been set at $0.41657 and $1.62774 per share respectively. The payment date is December 31, 2020, which is the record date.

Is ARKK an ETF?
This year, a number of issues have come to light. The ETF has taken a break in 2021 following a strong performance in 2020. “Disruptive innovation” is the long-term purpose of ARKK, an actively managed ETF.
